5 Mountains Retreat 7 Days / 6 Nights $2000
This week is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—within yourself, with other women, and with the natural rhythms of the land.
Held in a peaceful house-lodge setting and inspired by the journey of the 5 Mountains, this retreat weaves together gentle adventure, creativity, rest, and meaningful connection. Each day offers a balance of guided experiences and spacious time to simply be.
You’ll move between moments of reflection and lighthearted joy—whether that’s walking quietly through the forest, painting with no pressure to be “good,” soaking in nearby hot springs, or laughing around the fire with new friends who feel like old ones.
Throughout the week, you’ll be supported by mindful, grounded feminine energy—creating a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and explore at your own pace.
This is not about pushing or performing.
It’s about returning to yourself.
Your time at the house-lodge may include:
Lake/river time (weather permitting) * Visits to local hot springs
Forest bathing and mindful presence * Nourishing, home-cooked meals
Reiki and energy-based support * Day horse/mule back rides
