The Five Mountains represent the five pillars of the retreat:
Body – movement, awareness, strength, and vitality
Mind – reflection and clarity
Spirit – ceremony, interspection and inner reconnection
Community – women supporting women, integrating new connections
Nature – release of old habits, reconnection to the living earth
Together these mountains form the path back to wholeness.
The retreat takes place in the sacred wilderness of the Bitterroot Mountains near Kelly Creek.
For thousands of years this land has been stewarded by Indigenous peoples including the Salish, Kootenai, and Nez Perce.
Our retreat honors the ancestral guardians of this land through reverence, gratitude, and respectful presence in the wilderness.
